When cooking with the steam, the unit superheats to 540 degrees Farenheit and the convection system kicks in, ensuring food that can brown and crisp while still retaining moisture. Available in stainless steel or black finishes, the SuperSteam oven can be placed on a countertop or installed in a 30-inch wall oven cabinet with a built-in kit.
