Ingredients
1 pack wide egg noodles
1 C. sour cream
1 small cream cheese
1 lb. cottage cheese
6 eggs
3/4 C. sugar
1 T. vanilla
1 stick butter
Topping:
1 package crushed graham crackers
1 stick butter
dash of cinnamon
1 C. brown sugar
(Can use low-fat versions of cream cheese, cottage cheese and sour cream without ruining recipe.)
Instructions
Cook the noodles according to instructions. While noodles are cooking, melt butter and add rest of ingredients to a blender until well-blended. Pour noodles into 9X13 pan, pour mixture from blender on top.
To make topping, put crushed graham crackers, cinnamon and butter in bowl (melt the butter a bit to make softer) and smush together. Put on top of noodles, bake for an hour at 350 degrees.
