1 pre-made graham cracker pie crust
1 8-oz. package cream cheese, softened
2 cups whole milk
1 3.5-oz. package lemon (or other flavor you prefer) instant pudding mix
Using mixer, blend softened cream cheese and 1 1/2 cups of milk. Add remaining milk and pudding mix. Beat slowly,just until mixed well, about 1 minute. Do not overbeat! Pour at once into graham cracker crust. Chill 1 hour.
