2 nondairy dark chocolate bars (Or about 1 and 1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips)
Melted 1 block silken tofu
2 1/2 tablespoons agave nectar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla
Melt chocolate in a microwave-safe dish. Pour all ingredients-chocolate, tofu, agave nectar, cinnamon and vanilla in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Divide into cups, let sit/chill for at least 30 minutes. An amazingly fast and delicious vegan dessert!
