Orange-Avocado Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients

2 cups fresh orange juice
1 small avocado, cubed
1 ripe (Fuyu) persimmon, halved & pulp scooped out
2 tablespoons chopped Italian parsley
1/2 cup plain (Greek style) yogurt

Instructions

Place all ingredients into a blender and process until smooth. Divide between 2 glasses and serve.
