Ingredients
Garnish
2 maraschino cherries
2 tablespoons chocolate chips
1/4 teaspoon butter
1/4 cup whipping cream
1 tablespoon powdered sugar
Frappacino
2 cups milk
4 teaspoons cocoa
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon instant coffee
1/4 cup maraschino cherry juice
2 cups ice
Instructions
Pat cherrries dry. Set aside. Put chocolate chips and butter in a small microwaveable bowl. At medium-high setting, heat chips for 40 seconds. Stir and check. If needed, continue heating then stirring chocolate chips for 20 second intervals on medium-high setting until melted. Dip cherries in chocolate until 3/4 covered. Set aside. Pour whip cream and powdered sugar in bowl of mixer with whip attachment. Whip until soft peaks form. Set aside. Put milk, cocoa, sugar, coffee, and cherry juice in blender container and blend until well mixed. Add ice and blend until smooth. Pour into glasses. Top with dollop of whipping cream and chocolate covered cherry. Mmmm. ENJOY!
