A breakfast nook addition to the kitchen features built-in china cabinets on either side of the opening. Diamond-shaped leaded-glass inserts match the windows. Made from quarter-sawn white oak, the cabinetry, the 18-inch casing and the drawer knobs have a deep brown stain with black highlights.
