When Chef Suvir Saran moved into his new home, the kitchen was cramped. While the possibility for an open kitchen was evident in the farmhouse’s first floor, the historic home’s small kitchen was blocked by walls and a narrow floor plan. To open up his kitchen for betting cooking and entertaining, Saran and his partner, Charlie Burd, turned to Susan Smart of SieMatic for help remodeling their kitchen.
