2009 NKBA Design Award: Open Plan Kitchens - Third Place
Design Notes: Different levels, planes and materials—cherry wood cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, a floating tempered glass bartop—conjure up the cityscape outside this condo’s windows. The backlit honey onyx pedestal adds warmth, provides a focal point and helps define the traffic path and separation between the kitchen and living space.
Products and Materials: Cornerstone cherry cabinets with a translucent black stain; Thermador refrigerator, cooktop and ventilation; Danze faucet; Franke sink; statuario marble countertops; crema marfil marble tile flooring.
